Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts for 7 business days after delivery. If 7 business days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.
Personalized Items
We do not accept returns for personalized gifts, whether purchased by you or someone else. Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Please review your personalization and order details carefully before submitting your order, including spelling, dates, names, and shipping address. Items with errors due to a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
Personalized items may only be exchanged if they are defective or if we have made an error in spelling or product. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate store credit. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
For any questions about personalization before placing your order, please email us at jennifer@thebeecrafty.com . We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.
Refunds cannot be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances that may affect Bee Crafty Boutique or our carriers.
Blank or Non-Personalized Items
We gladly accept exchanges of non-personalized products within 7 business days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. That said, we are here to help!
